Ages - class is permanent. He's had very little cricket in the last couple of months - Hampshire wouldn't even play him in their recent 40 over game to give him some time in the middle, despite an ECB request. He'll come good - hopefully down under when he swats Mitchell Johnson all round the Gabba.

Hope you are right! But don't blame Hants - he has hardly endeared himself to them.
